We process orders as quickly as possible and will send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed. When your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

  • Prescription eyewear: usually takes longer due to lens production and custom assembly
  • Specialty lenses or high prescriptions: may require additional processing time

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Avid Eyewear may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on the website when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow its progress.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because we work to process orders quickly, changes or cancellations may only be possible for a short time after an order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Items should include original packaging when possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with the order:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products damaged through normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage

Prescription Eyewear

Prescription eyewear is custom-made. If there is a problem with your prescription lenses, manufacturing, or frame condition upon arrival, please contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged item, the wrong item, or believe there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us and we will review your order for replacement or exchange options.
